In the links below you will find the comprehensive qualifications that are the foundation of my nursing leadership career.

The overarching goal of my career has been to contribute to the nursing profession by reaching my maximum potential while serving others.  Throughout my career I have remained open to a variety of opportunities.  Through the guidance of mentors, I have achieved my primary goal of becoming a nurse manager before my 20th year of service.  I am near completion of my secondary goal of earning a master's prepared level of education.

Though I am open to roles where my capabilities will serve the greatest need, my remaining goals are not necessarily based upon a particular role or level of academic achievement. My goal is the expansion of my potential and giving back to my profession by contributing to the development of others.  I invite you to explore my short and long range goals for further information.
